Chair - Sam Maguire
The college chair is responsible for overlooking of the JCRC, the student group who help run the college. They are in charge of putting on evetns, running freshers week, helping with student welfare and maintaining the College's great community spirit; the chair oversees all over officers activity, as well as liases with the student union, the YUSU officers and president and the university.
Vice Chair Welfare- Harry Toynton

The vice chair for welfare is incharge of and oversees all of the colleges
welfare officers, and is one of the first points of call for issues arising in the
college.


Vice Chair Ents- Ed Kent
​​
The Vice Chair for entertainment organises freshers week and events throughout the year, and helps the bar reps and ents reps in putting on club nights and socials for the entire collge




Treasurer - Dan Buchan
​​
The Treasurer is incharge of the colleges finances, and decides what funding is given to different parts of the JCRC and maintaing a fund to put on events, including freshers week. They also oversee the Merchandise reps and sponsorship reps for generating other income for the college.
Secretary - Lee Cook
​​
The Secretaries principal role is taking minutes of the JCRC mettings and ensuring that officers fulfil their gives roles. The Secretary also oversees elections for the college, aids with press and publicity and helps other officers in their roles.
Welfare - Jemima Busby & Diederik Van Wersch
​​
Jemima and Diedrik are the welfare officers for the college, and the first port of call for any welfare issues that arrive among students in the college. They have a strict confidentiality policy, and can help out in a situation or point indivduals to different University welfare organisations. They run drop-ins through the year, and help out with Free Food Thursdays in the college.

Ents Reps -

The Entertainment reps are responsible for running events in the college through the year, and have put on Frat partys and large summer day events, they also help to facilitate and run Fresher's week.
Campaigns - Tim Monk & Symone Thompson
​​
The campaigns officers are incahrge of campaigning on students behalf for matters within the University, concerning accomodation, buses study space, cleaning and any other issues. Symone and Tim gained £30,000 in compensation for students last year, which was given to members of Langwith, and also run the #GetInvvolved campaign, to furtheri ncrease participation in the college.





Bar Reps-

The Bar Reps are the four individuals elected to run bar crawls through the year, to York and other cities. They also run the weekly bar quiz in the Glasshouse., and liase with bars and clubs in towns on Langwith students' behalf.

Sports Reps -

The Sports Reps are incahrge of the College's sports groups and captains, and ensure that weekly fixtures against other college's are fulfilled across all disciplines and sports the colelge participates in. They also run indivdual events, pub golf socials and sports days in summer term.

Merchandise - Anthony Chui & Matt Morton

The Merchandise officers are in charge of creating and delivering Merchandise to the college, and also aid with Bar crawl shirt designs and STYC t-shirts.

Environment & Ethics - Sean Matthews
​​
The Environment & Ethics officer is resonsible for creative envionmental projects in the college, overseeing recycling and other green initiatives, and includes creating and growing the college's vegetable patch.


Raising & Giving (RAG) - Emma Bowler & Kiara Brennan
​​
The Raising & Giving officers organise all of the colleges charity initiatives and events, of which there are many throughout the year. These include Langwith's got talent, open mic nights, tye-dying and many more. They also run the RAG parade for the college every year.

Volunteering - Jess O'Shaughnessy & Janine Powell
​​
The Volunterring officers facilitate volunteering in the wider community for the college, and have won the volunteering cup for the most active college participation in the previous year. They run many initaitives which are listed here.



Website - Laurence Smith

The website officer is responsible for maintaing the Colleges web presence, including Twitter and Facebook, and ensuring that all the inforamtion is up to date and does not fall into dissuse.
Sponsorship - Romit Patel & Alex Wright
​​
The Sponsorship officers are responsible for raising funds for the college, by gaining sponsors from third parties and businesses throughout York, and worldwide organisations too. They provide sponsors for Bar crawls and sports teams, critical to funding these activities, and gain businesses for attendance at Freshers' fair.


Newsletter - Alex Killeen & William Murray

The Newsletter officers are responsible for producing and publishing the college's newsletter, keeping Langwithians old and new up to date on what's going on in the college.
Press & Publicity - Ella Myhill
​​
The Press & Publicity officer is in charge of producing posters, calendars and promotional material for the evetns and campaigns in the college, and also includes the Freshers' booklet.


Equipment - Jolyon Brown & Joe Rees-Jones
​​
The equipment officers aid in facilitating all the events in the college, prodviding the necessary PA systems and equipment for activities ranging from sports days to club & DJ nights


LGBT - Daisy Hale
​​
The LGBT officer is the principal voice of the LGBT community in the college, and runs events for the entire college to attend throughout the year, raising awareness for LGBT groups and participating in similar YUSU initatives. The LGBT page is here

Off-Campus - Sammy Giles & Miriam Keck

The Off-campus reps are responsible for running events aimed at students who do not live on campus, and includes barbeques at sports events, and helping Freshers' who do not live on Campus to get fully involved in collge life. Their Page is here


International - Luisa Hohmann & Philip Jung

The International reps help facilitate international students in the community, and put on events with international themes throughout the year, inlcuding greek food night, chinese new year, an irish themed beer night and more. Their page is here

Disability & Access - Calum Stewart & Tay Whitehead

The Disability & Access officers campaign for issues affecting access in the college, and for the welfare of disabled students. They liase with YUSU officers and welfare groups on issues affecting their role. Their page is here.

Court Reps - Hannah Coyle, Theo Hannah, Sophia Oh, Heidi Thurman
​​
The Court reps are responsible for student issues arising in various block in the college, and conduct poster run-s on behalf of the JCRC In those areas. They also run free food thursday every week for students in their college, and their ability to cook a jacket potato is second to none.
