Our beautiful new college buildings were completed in 2012. Housing 650 Langwithians, our accommodation is located on the new Heslington East campus.

We like to think we have the best of both worlds. The College looks out over the glorious North Yorkshire countryside, but is at the heart of the Hes East community. At the same time, we're ten minutes from Heslington West campus, twenty minutes on the bus to York City Centre and a quick five minute walk from the new York Sport Village.

Accommodation

Houses

The houses are home to our standard accommodation. Most are shared between 8 people and bathrooms are shared between 2-4 people.

Flats

Our premium-ensuite accommodation is laid out in flats. There are between 8 and 12 rooms per flat. The en-suite bathrooms are pods with proper shower cubicles - unlike the wetrooms in other colleges!

Kitchens

Each kitchen is, well, frankly massive. Each person has enough space for a shelf within the fridge, a drawer within the freezer and two cupboards. This is very generous compared to a lot of other on campus accommodation!
